We only have days -- send a quick message to the heads of the environment and agriculture departments that President Obama has tasked to come up with a plan for bees.

Here are some suggestions of points you could include:

  • I call on you to act to regulate and remove all neonic pesticides from the US market.
  • I am extremely concerned about the massive die off of bees in the USA and around the world, and hope President Obama's task force takes strong action to save the remaining bees.
  • Several major studies show that neonicotinoid pesticides are a major cause of bee deaths, so I and 3.2 million other citizens from around the world call on you to recommend a ban on these chemicals.
  • The bees are vital for our food supply and our survival, we count on you to act, just as the EU has done.
