Justice for Noura -- Set Her Free!

To Head of the US State Department, Mike Pompeo:

As citizens around the world, alarmed by the story of Noura Hussein, we urge you to use your influence as Head of the US State Department to intervene on her behalf. Literally one phone call could save her life and start legal reforms in Sudan. Noura is a survivor, not a criminal, and her conviction should be annulled so she can walk free.

Justice for Noura -- Set Her Free!
Noura didn't want to be married at 15.

So she ran away -- and when she was tricked into coming home, her "husband" raped her while relatives held her down. And when he came for more, holding a knife, she fought back and killed him.

Now Noura's been sentenced to death in Sudan.

But as global attention soars, the President is feeling the heat -- and if we get Sudan's biggest aid donor, the United States, to push for a pardon, Noura could walk free. It's worked before, when ahuman rights activist was freed last year -- now we can make it happen again!

Noura's a survivor, not a criminal; she should be praised for resisting, not hanged for defending herself. Let's set her free -- sign now and pass this on!
