Allow legitimate oil trade and humanitarian exchange with Cuba to continue, and reject the intimidation and coercion directed at sovereign Latin American nations that choose solidarity.

His latest “emergency” order blocks Cuba from importing the oil it needs to keep hospitals running, food refrigerated, and lights on – and threatens tariffs on any country that tries to help.
The consequences are already visible. Provincial hospitals have reportedly canceled surgeries. Outpatient transfers are being suspended. International airlines are grounding flights as jet fuel runs dry. Experts warn Cuba may run out of oil at any moment.
This is not happening in isolation.
