We urge you to stand with the Uyghur people in Xinjiang. It is not acceptable to turn a blind eye and keep "business as usual" while a million people are being brutally detained and brainwashed in China. Coronavirus put China in the spotlight, but there's another crisis it wants to keep from the world: Beijing has detained 1 million Uyghurs in mass camps, subject to 24-hour surveillance, political and religious brainwashing, and torture.

We need to end this.

Dozens of global companies, investors and Chinese tech firms are profiting off this horror while most governments remain silent -- but if just one of them feels pressured enough to stand with the Uyghurs, we could create a ripple effect in business and political worlds.

We start with getting governments to impose targeted sanctions against complicit Chinese officials and businesses, and then focus on the companies and investors propping up China’s surveillance industry, urging them to pull out their funding and tech. This may be the only way China changes course!
