PM May: Allow airdrops to Aleppo
No aid has been delivered to the besieged city of Aleppo in months. Its hospitals have been bombed to smithereens, and its 250,000 residents are trapped with almost no access to food or medicine. 201 MPs are calling on the government to airdrop food and medicine to Aleppo, but insiders say we need to persuade the Prime Minister there’s public support behind this life-saving action.

Let’s give Theresa May the public backing she needs to do the right thing. Use the points below to help make your case, but remember that the most powerful messages are those from the heart:

  • I call on you to immediately authorise aid airdrops to the besieged city of Eastern Aleppo.
  • It is time for the UK and Europe to lead and show the world we will not stand by when deliberate starvation is being used as an act of war.
  • The UK has aircraft in the area and it is totally feasible for us to move to airdropping medicine and food.
  • It is simply not acceptable that 100,000 children are facing death from starvation in the 21st century
  • 201 MPs have called for airdrops, and Boris Johnson has indicated support for such action. It is now on the Prime Minister to permit aid airdrops and save lives.
