As citizens from across the world, we call on you to honor the historic International Court of Justice ruling and vote for Vanuatu’s resolution. Protecting the climate is a legal duty. It is time to turn that duty into real-world accountability and build a future that protects our children, not polluters. Stand with those on the frontlines of this crisis - not with fossil fuel interests - and vote to make polluters pay for the damage they’ve caused.

She’s survived cyclones so fierce they flattened homes and shredded classrooms. She spoke for a future where the law protects children, not polluters -- and last year, she won. Her nation, Vanuatu, secured a historic world court ruling that protecting the climate is a legal duty.

Now, Vanuatu is pushing a UN resolution to turn that ruling into a "Loss and Damage Registry" -- a tool to finally hold polluters accountable.

Trump is towering over this fight. He is dispatching diplomats to bully, threaten, and "stomp out" the resolution before it even reaches the UN floor. He wants to bury Vepaiamele’s victory under a mountain of fossil-fueled interests.
