To UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon:

As concernned global citizend we call on you to launch a rescue mission to save these 191 girls and bring them back home. Save Nigeria’s Girls
They woke to the sound of gunmen bashing in windows and setting fire to their classrooms. Then they were gone. 191 girls were marched out of their dormitories to become the latest victims of a violent conflict is spinning out of control in Nigeria.

The extremist Boko Haram group responsible
snatched them and are said to have them held in a remote forest. One can only imagine what can be happening to them. School children are now the latest targets in a war that is now rippling across West Africa, but we have a plan that can save these girls.

For two weeks, the Nigerian military have failed tofind them. Let´s call on leaders to launch an international rescue mission and demand the UN sends soldiers to protect children from the next attacks. Once our call is 500,000 strong, the UN Education Envoy Gordon Brown has said he will deliver it to Nigeria’s President and other world leaders this week demanding they act to Save the 191. We could be their only chance for survival -- there is no time to lose, let´s sign now.
