As citizens shocked by the facts brought to light by the Panama Papers, we call on you to immediately move to shut down the shadow world of tax havens. All those implicated in this leak must be investigated and held to account. Any company constituted in a tax haven must be excluded from operation outside. Nobody should be able to evade their duty to pay tax for the public good.
